im currently in a studio. i work nights so by the time i get off work there are no parking spaces i have literally had to park 5 buildings away at times. i constantly hear the people above me the floors squeak and i hear every step they take. i think rent is pretty high for what were getting. with the lack of insulation we had over the winter(just put in) we had to put the heat up to 70 and it still got cold at times electric bill got pretty high. and now that its summer the ac works well and with it being a studio it cools the entire place, but once it gets cold it keeps running just as hard i have to get up in the middle of the night and turn it off it gets so cold, there should be a temp control on it. there are good qualities though, its a good neighborhood, neighbors keep to themselves, it is a convenient location. right on 91N, which gives quick access to 15,84, and 95. the location is the reason i chose southwind apt. but when the lease is up i think were going to look for something not quite as expensive.
