I have loved my time at 1Hundred Capitol Yards! The leasing office is friendly, responsive, and makes everyone feel welcome. They often have food trucks visit the community, which all the residents enjoy!

Really enjoy it here. My leasing agent Lauren provided great service above and beyond my expectations. The front desk staff and maintenance team are wonderful. They are always helpful and so friendly!

Capitol Yards is a beautiful safe place to live and my son loves the Computer lab and I love the roof top pool and the clubhouse and courtyard and I love the exercising room and Amenities in Capitol Yards

Great building in an awesome neighborhood. Have lived year for over 5 years and still enjoy most if not all aspects of this building. There's a lot offered living here and more and more is added to the neighborhood each year.

Poor. There is outside noice, bad staff and constant issues to be resolved. I fully expect us to have to break the lease in the next few months due to issues with parking and broken appliances. The common areas also being closed are an issue.

100 Capitol Yards is good for its value. Although there are issues, as there are at any apartment complex, the staff works very hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Great location and amenities.

Despite some minor maintenance issues upon move in, so far so good. Leasing office is really good at what they do. Maintenance staff is friendly and timely with their work. Front desk staff is courteous and attentive.

The front office staff is unfriendly, does low quality work, and fails to follow-up on open issues. Even basic issues require multiple emails to resolve, and their lack of diligence and motivation is obvious every time we interact with them.
