I've lived in 450K for just over 2 years. The apartments, amenities and quality of the building are fantastic and while the actual maintenance and concierge staff are great, unfortunately the actual property management is extremely inflexible. If something happens (like a roommate getting a new job), they are unfortunately high unaccommodating. They won't even give you the option of transferring out of a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom, nor allow another resident to move in or even allow a more flexible subletting situation. Their policies on these things are unclear and the staff seems unwilling to work together with residents to find an ideal solution. For these reasons I do not recommend moving in here if there is even an ounce of uncertainty in your plans.
