I just moved into this community and so far I'm very impressed with the apartment and the staff. Both Dave and Brandon have been great. Any and all concerns/questions have been addressed and answered in a very timely manner. On move in day, I had an A/C issue and I ran into Dave on the elevator and mentioned it to him. Within 10 minutes the maintenance crew was working on it and it was resolved shortly after. I look forward to living in a community that seems to really care about customer service. The apartment looks great - appliances seem pretty modern and I haven't heard much noise (my apartment faces the Metro station but you wouldn't know it without looking - can't hear it or any noise from the street). I'm really excited to be here. Now I just have to unpack these boxes...
