Not luxurious, but good building for the price
I've live in the Dorchester House since April of 2007, and really like it. It has a lot of great amenities that make it better than your average large apartment building - the grocery store in the basement, the gym in the basement and the roof deck. Also, a doorman who is there 24/7 to take your packages.

The apartments are large, but old. The kitchens, in particular, is where you really feel the age of the building. But, for what you pay, it is a great place to live.

In the 4 years I have lived here, I have never seen one mouse or rat and I have seen ONE, yes ONE, roach in my apartment.

Building could use some sprucing up and better maintenance, but whenever something is broken in my apartment, they always come to fix it ASAP.Share This Review
