This unit is a great bargain for the square footage. Noise in the hallways can be loud from time to time, but I almost never hear anything from my upstairs/downstairs/next-door neighbors. Good amenities. See More

It's been fine. There is always a bit of loud noise on our floor, mainly construction or loud music. Management could be better at responding to other inquiries - emails often go unanswered. The maintenance staff is awesome.

This complex offers nice apartments for competitive prices for the neighborhood. It is in a good location --easy access to many different metro lines, very close to a Safeway, and walkable to Trader Joe's and WholeFoods.

Everything's great except I need the hot water in the shower fixed. Have reported this multiple times and they said it was fixed but nothing changed. Also, the windows do not keep out sound - I hear everything from outside.
