Everything at the Woodner was difficult. Parking was a mess. I was told when I moved in that I would be on the waiting list no longer than 4 weeks, but I ended up waiting for a parking spot for 5 months! I had numerous problems with the security guards, & so many problems in the laundry room. Most of the dryers don´t work. It took an entire day just to wash your laundry. Most people there spoke broken English & couldn´t understand when you asked a question. It was nice having a grocery store in the building but the prices are outrageous. I rarely used the store. My refrigerator stopped working right after September 11, when I had just had knee surgery on the 7th. I put in 2 complaints & called numerous times. It took them 2 weeks to fix it, then I bought new groceries, & it broke again. Finally, they bought me a new fridge, after losing 2 sets of groceries. I was eating can food for the 2 weeks, because I couldn´t really get out to go to a restaraunt. Also, you have to wait up to 45 days to get your security deposit back. It´s kind of ironic how you HAVE to have it paid in full the day you are interested in the apartment, but then they take that long to give it back to you. The excercise facility is VERY small, & it´s hard to excercise with so many people waiting in line to use the machines.

There was also lots of noise in the hallways. It was difficult to sleep at times.
