My stay at Woodmill ,Dover from May 2016 to Sep 2017 was good stay and Staff is helpful ( Not everyone..)) . The biggest problem is the Water Bill which comes around $90 - $100. I paid initially and rectified by raising work order for water leakages and drop to $50. Before vacating the apartment, my water ill for June and July and August 2017 is again $75 and above. The final adjustment advance deducted the water bill amount and send the cheque to new address. I took the matter again to Manger, Wood Mill and listens my concern and said that it is escalating to corporate head office. I never got message and keep calling for 3 months. The corporate head office will not take phones at all and no contact or email is mentioned anywhere. The problem is the lack of communication and not addressed on time . Otherwise its good for family stay for all cultures and proximity to office, restaurents, banks and grocery stores, gas stations,etc....
