I am new to Florida, single, with a young teen. I was in search of a community that had a great school district and a safe area. I after being here two weeks I mistakenly left the hatch to my trunk ajar through the day and overnight. The next day I discovered it open and just knew I would come upon something missing from my car, vandalized or something with so many people that walk and jog in this area I was stunned, my vehicle was in tact, no one bothered it! I cant say the same for other places I have been outside of Altamonte and I was just visiting those areas. The woman in the office including the manager were very nice they attended to any issues I may have had (which were very small) and were very prompt. I made the right choice in choosing this place as my residence :) Kay Fox
