Living here wasn't too bad of an experience, but it's entirely another to be charged money upon moving out for "damages" that you never made. I assure you, as someone with OCD, this place was cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. I can't count how many times I had to have maintenance come out and fix something that was completely bungled by whoever did the initial installation. Doors that don't sit right, paint peeling off the patio, refrigerator with the Frigidaire logo falling off the front, doors coming off the hinges, blinds breaking and having to be replaced constantly, bent tracks for the screen door so that it was virtually unusable. Got to love paying for carpet damage that was probably already there when I moved in because of the shoddy workmanship. Be warned, if you value your deposit, don't move here. I have flawless rental history but Altamonte at Spring Valley has decided that, no, I damaged something that I never damaged.
