Do you like roaches on your kitchen counters? If so, this is the place for you. The management staff is nice - but they do not fix your issues, rather they put a band aid on something that needs a larger overhaul. I complained about roaches from the first day I moved in. It was so bad that I called the corporate offices crying multiple times, yet nothing was done. Here and there the pest control person would come out and leave bait and after months of asking some holes were patched up - but the issue was never fully rectified. The maintenance team (mainly the supervisor) seem frustrated whenever you mention an issue. It should not take months to fix such a serious problem - and no one should have to move into a roach infested apartment, with holes in the walls, and old dingy carpets (my white socks turned gray the first day I moved in). You can get a way better apartment for the same price down the street. There were also several arrests that took place while I lived there making it seem very sketchy. Many neighbors also don't seem to care about the rules. They let their kids run around and leave toys in the parking lot as if it were a playground and set off fireworks every holiday until 2 am. I even saw a bounce house in the parking lot once (not kidding). I had one kid bouncing a soccer ball from my car one day with the parents looking on casually. I can't possibly recommend this apartment complex to anyone unless they do an entire overhaul of the units and begin to take pride in the community and respect the tenants that work so hard to pay their rents each month.
