Nice quiet place to live, convenient location, close to parks, restaurants, and highway, service requests are usually done fast, people in leasing office are nice, layout of apartment is good (kitchen might be a bit small, but otherwise good)

Great place to live. Area is under construction but that's pretty much everywhere in Florida. The mall and cranes roost is right down the road. So many food and restaurants are minutes away from you. Also the staff is great here.

Management are very nice and professional. The facility itself needs a lot of work. There is a massive cockroach infestation throughout the buildings. There's also the issues of allowing people to smoke in the building as well as smoke Marijuana in the apartments. See More

The Apartment is very spacious. Staff and Maintenance are always proactive and on top of things. Good community with minimal interruptions to your peace of mind. Pet friendly area. I enjoy coming home.
