The property is beautiful but management does not really care. First of all management keeps changing so often ( not a good sign ) but also they do not follow up with guests. Responding to residents emails, my dear new GM, should be a sign that you passionately care of your job and your guests. Ignoring them won't make things better . I send you 3 different emails during the last 3 months regarding 3 different issue or simple questions and all i had was 0 answers. I was forced to spend 2 nights at the hotel ( at my own expense) due severe mold damage caused because management did not care to follow up. Do not waist your time with this property give your business to some that cares about you .
