Management never answers phone or replies to calls

I love it here. The trash pickup that we pay for is at times problematic. The grounds are so pretty. Interiors and closets are big. People are dog friendly. The residents seem to be pleasant. I have no complaints.

A very quiet and friendly atmosphere. The amenities are great,except I need to use them .The maintenance staff are good at what they do. Quick response to work orders. The Valet service is also good. The office staff are extremely great customer service.

Started strong however lately the maintenance is not great. Lights without covers on them. Disgusting halls that need to be power washed. Landscaping left to die still hanging around after the hurricane.

Overall it's great! But the overall maintenance of the exterior is lacking. Door with chipped paint, entryways that stay dirty, windows that are never cleaned. I would prefer that over food trucks; if spending needs to be reallocated.
