There are too many dogs. I can hear dogs barking in nearby apartments all of the time. Also, the noise from apartments above and below is fairly loud. The parking is extremely bad, particularly in front of the building.

The community is welcoming. Neighbors are respectful. I enjoy the conservation areas surrounding the buildings. The units themselves are great quality. The amenities offered are standard. The pool deck is the best I have ever seen in an apartment community.

Repetitive question lol.. again... nice enough people, professional management, ridiculously long lease (over 50 pages!!) , need cmaeras so less stuff stolen, 2BR very small apt, tiny kitchen and tiny freezer and lack of storage space in kitchen.
