DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are NOT concerned about you or your safety. I really hate to leave this review because there really are some great aspects of this complex, but I can't look past what recently happened to me here. I woke up this morning and my new car is on bricks. They stole the tires and rims. I understand the terms of the lease, but I don't understand how an apartment complex can take NO measures to secure the property. There is a gate, but it's "broken" the majority of the year and left open. I have been told that it was recently "fixed" but still doesn't close until 11pm. How is that helping anyone? There isn't 1 camera on the property. What if something worse happened like me being mugged or raped? They have seriously dropped the ball and are lucky that nothing more serious has happened (that I know of...there have been police in the complex many times over the past few years). I also understand that this kind of stuff happens from time to time, but what I don't understand is having ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY toward your resident when something like this does happen. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, attitude, and excuses. I know I can't sue or get any other sort of retribution, but at the very least I expected a little compassion. So to ----------, or whatever her name is, and her band of minions that decided to chime in on our conversation, thanks for being awful human beings, thanks for NOT helping, and thanks for making a bad day worse.
