The apartment complex is under new ownership, they've locked us out of the residential portal where we can view and pay our bills. Our rent is due, but they didn't say what amount we need to pay. Communication is just awful and calling them doesn't help because they didn't pick up. They are also remodeling apartments while people work from home and raising the rents, increasing the utility bills with "flat rate" billing that is double what I was paying before. Avoid unless you want them constantly in your apartment during a pandemic. EDIT: Its was Oct, its now Nov and they still didn't return my call. Honestly.
