Shopping places library pool volleyball court schools and entertainment and transportation and the maintenance are really good they get the job done on the first day and they're really awesome and the people in the office are great as well See More

My experience has been a good so far. I will know more was we've been in the apartment a little longer. Also, just a little more lighting where the front entrance doors are will add more security and people feeling more secure.

So far good haven't had any problems office staff very professional only issue is outside hallway and stairs need to be maintained clean stairs littered with leaves and dust, witch should be frequently cleaned

The staff was very helpful throughout the move-in process. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, although minor construction flaws are found throughout (mainly cosmetic). Overall a good deal for the price.

Its not good. People speed through here. My 6 year son was offered drugs by some highschool kids in the feild. And my neighbors smoke pot in their house not to mention hus was drunk one night and hit our car

It's an affordable place to live and it is relatively quite but it is an old building and as such causes maintenance headaches. The new management is quick to assist however, so if you have the patience it is not a bad place.

so far, pretty good, loud neighbors behind me, always yelling and screaming at one another; nice people, cheaper laundry fees here, like the card system better than quarters, keep up the good job, hope to be here for some time!

Overall, I have had a very pleasant experience living at Sandpiper Apartments. Everyone I meet are quite friendly, the complex is clean, pleasant, well taken care of. I find it a peaceful place to live, and plan on renewing my lease.

Lighting in the area is some what low kind of scary when you can't see other then the community is diverse can't satisfy everyone community can't complain clean and hope there will be regular garbage pickup also maintenance is taking care promptly and professionally
