We've just felt that with the new management, things have gone a bit downhill. Lost the care and now just feel like we're part of a corporation. From surprise storage and garage tax, to no empathy and calling people out for not having "common sense" in an email about a car break-in (which was never specifically stated), to sending a non-empathetic email to a specific person but accidentally sending it to every resident then followed with a one sentence "ignore the last email" not even apologizing or owning up. We just don't feel loved or cared for, but more so an item of business.
