Visited Legends at Champions Gate as a prospective apartment rental and really liked the apartment and the people in the office, but they never followed up. No phone call, no email. All the other apartment communities visited did a follow-up, sometimes a phone call, sometimes an email, and sometimes both. It only takes a couple minutes to leave a quick voicemail or send an email. It's such an easy thing to do that when an apartment complex doesn't do it, it sets off alarm bells and causes concern about their overall customer service and how they treat their residents. The first impression you make with with prospective residents is very important, and unfortunately Legends at Champions Gate fell short in this category.
