My husband and I have lived here for about a year and half and are about to resign for a 3rd time. We love it! It's very quiet and kind of tucked away from the tourist scene, but only about a 20 minute drive to Disney. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Publix, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins, Wendy's, McDonalds, Subway and Walgreens and brand new Ale House and Red Robin 2 miles away. Beautiful golf course right next door and great running views and sidewalks! The staff in the office are all WONDERFUL with the exception of Vicky. As long as you don't have her handling your lease or any issues, your good! Vicky is nice, but a little flighty and doesn't ever seem to know how to handle things. However, the rest of them are GREAT!!! Had a little trouble getting ahold of maintaince when we first moved in, but haven't had any trouble since and they are all very nice. We love it here and plan to stay until we are ready to buy a house!
