I've read all the other reviews and can happily say, I've never had their experiences. I've lived here for 3 years now. I am NOT a staff member, but a retiree. My daughter lives with me. And while I DO agree the air conditioning units (indoor ductwork also) is severely outdated, resulting in higher than average power bills, there have been pluses for us. This is close to shopping and on a bus route. Hospitals are 10 minutes away, as is the bridge to Tampa. Any problems in this apartment has been fixed within 24 hours. There is an outside lawn care service, and twice a year mulch put down. The office staff have always been respectful to us. I did notice flooding in several 1rst floor units during the hurricane, which was awful for those tenants. ( We're on the 2nd floor). I'm sorry some have had bad experiences here. That's not been in our case. My daughter & I are moving to Spokane next year to be close to my son, not because we didn't enjoy our time here.
