Like stated many times here already, there are definetly ups and downs to living here. Been here for two years and have seen the cops come in and out frequently. Not so much in Phase One, but it still happens. What really makes me happy here is the fact I own a Pit Bull and I consider myself lucky to have found a place that does not discriminate against certain breeds. Downside is management/ resident relations. The lady in the office can be very "nasty" if you happen to catch her at the wrong moment (without booze). She can be very nice though at times, so it's a roll of the dice on what mood you catch her in. Grounds keepers here are fast. The repair may not look beautiful, but it will definetly work. Pool is always cloudy from poor chemical and service upkeep and is located in the "------" or Phase 2 section of the complex.

I am not sure why someone mentioned all the kids being bad or whatnot around here, they all seem to be well behaved and there is a sense of teamwork with them in a positive way. Agreed, they may cause mayhem once in awhile, but never malicious toward the other residents. My overall satisfaction of the apartment is average. As for the management? WAY below average. If a starter apartment for a college student or single family with a dog of an aggressive breed is what you're looking for, then this is the place. Quiet no BS relations and professionalism? Look elsewhere. And as far as the parking goes ... it is a complete joke. If you happen to have two cars in your family, don't expect to be able to park both of them even remotely close to your apartment. As a matter of fact, you'll be lucky to find your personal parking spot open when you get home. Better off using PSTA or a bicycle.
