Hi Leon, I am very distressed to hear about this ongoing issue. My understanding as of today June 3rd the team went to your unit on June 2nd and discovered that there was some type of miscommunication on the location of the leak this entire time. The new location was treated and we hope that this is not a continued occurrence moving forward. As you see from our previous reviews we are here to be of service to you and your neighbors. Many times we are here to enforce our rules and regulations and not everyone is happy to hear back what they were not expecting especially if you are used to other communities with different rules and enforcement. We do charge for certain things to be able to have everyone enjoy the amenities to the fullest and we offer on line options for work orders and on line payment, however I can assure you that everyone on this team is greatly dedicated to working hard to meet everyone's needs and making our community the best it can be. Our longest resident now has been residing with us for 16 years now so we do have long terms residents here. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. As much as we would love to have trash pick up daily it is very costly and not an expense that we like to push to the residents more than it is now, however, please inform the office of anyone not following directives with the trash and we promise it will remain confidential. Fines are assessed to those who do not and sometimes that is what it takes, unfortunately. We do also have a courtesy officer that lives here and works for us so we do in fact have vigilance at night. You can always send us an email and take pictures as we are always checking the emails day and night and we can immediately reach out to him on any nightly related issues. We are happy to know that we have another happy resident. Thank you for your feedback! The Barrington Club is a small community that allows us the luxury of maintaining the premises in tip top shape! We are also adding value by adding a dog area and new stainless steel grill to our pool area. Coral Springs is an amazing place to call home and has much to offer our residents. As an example we have recently partnered up with The Golf Course that is in walking distance from our community. It's a great place to walk over on a Friday night for drinks and music. One of the key points when people are looking for a new home is that we always mention how quiet it is here and we strive to keep everything well maintained, but to see it from a verified resident really puts it out there for everyone to know this about The Barrington Club as a true fact. I'm so grateful for such a great staff and as a property management company we're lucky to have such a great team on site. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback! We have been renovating all of our units in the last year and excited to know that we should be done by the end of this year. Having one entrance helps us control the flow of traffic and the amount of unauthorized people that walk off the street. Being such a small community we know exactly who really lives here and who doesn't. As for the playground we had one here at one time but had to remove it due to the amount of noise complaints and unattended children in the area. We do have a few parks very close by in the area and it has not been something that we miss according to most of our residents. Right down the street there is a really great water parks for kids of all ages at Cypress Hammock. Our on line payment system is our preferred method of payment and also very convenient for our residents to place work orders on line. We are continuously communicating with violators, however our residents are our eyes and ears and your help is very much appreciated.
