Bait and switch. DO NOT send an application fee! Waited six weeks, every time we called it was the same answer, we will call you in a few days. Today I took a flight down as I needed a rental for our daughter attending ER. Amazingly there is a sign out front advertising rentals available today. Going in, the young manager did not know who I was so I asked, can I get a rental today? The answer was wishy washy so knotted the sign out front. She then said well I think we do have units ready to rent. At this point I told her the gig was up, I have waited six weeks for a return call. Her story changed fast, I asked her to return the application fee,she refused. We're we qualified? I wrote one check for the year to a brand new complex just down the street. My advice, if you can't do the rental in person while paying the application fee don't do it they are crooked.
