Pine Tree Apartments

In a word, disappointing. When you walk in to this apartment complex you are met with well groomed lawns and silence, well until the train comes by blowing its horn 3-4 times shaking the foundation of the apartment buildings. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment for a year and the only thing good about my place was the size. With no garbage disposal, an oven with a metal door handle that gets just as hot as the oven itself, and a dishwasher that not once served its purpose living in this apartment was more hassle than convenience. As for the management, I have never been more disappointed in a group of adults in my life. They were unwilling to do their jobs most of the time. My fire alarm beeped constantly for months and when I told them it needed to be fixed they told me that there was nothing wrong with it and never showed up for the scheduled inspection of the fire alarm. When my roommates and I were finally free of the place and after spending hours cleaning the apartment we were shocked to discover that our security deposit was all but used up. So if you decide to move in here expect to reside in an apartment that is outdated and run by managers who would rather be somewhere else. Good luck.
