siesta key @ Tivoli is in a great location, close to everything. But that is about it! The maintenance SUCKS BIG TIME!!!! Very unpleasant and RUDE people working at the maintenance service office. Once you sign your rental contract, then that is it!!If you have any service to be done in your unit, you are in big trouble. People at service office are very rude and if they feel like not listening to you they ll hung up the phone and not let you finish explaining what you calling for. It took them 3 days to come to my apt. to fix an AC leak from the apt. above mine, only because I contacted their corporate office in Boca Raton. This is only the one of many times I had problems with them.
The apts are kept in very poor conditions. The day I moved in, I was shocked on how filthy the apt. was. I bought new blinds because they refused to change the ones I had in the apt. If you need any work to be done in your unit, call them everyday at least twice a day.
The light switch in one of my bathrooms stop working and it took them 5 days to send somebody. When they finally sent, it was to fix the lights in the kitchen???!!! Just for you to see how bad it is!!
It s the most poor management apt. complex I ve ever seen. If you don t want to be upset going home after a hard day of work, considering looking for another place to live. That is what I'll be doing as soon as my rental contract is due.
