over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with the washers and dryers in the building along with your toilet. The washer and dryers are maintained by WASH. We are working with them diligently in keeping all washer and dryers in working order. We encourage you to call our office with any washer or dryer issues or you can contact WASH directly. By us working together, we should see an improvement in no time. As for your toilet, we would love for you to contact the office with your apartment number so we may get this issue fixed. All waste should go down on the first flush and we can see how that can become frustrating. Let us help you so you can live in the most comfortable environment possible. Management apologizes that you are experiencing a problem with your washer. It is true that the facility has recently completed a water conservation project to be more environment-friendly. However, this should not have any effect on the washers or cooking. Management is willing to meet with any resident to answer any questions as well as to discuss any and all concerns.
We are sorry that you are experiencing trouble with your water pressure. The property has recently completed a water conservation project to be more environment-friendly. The washers and dryers are currently leased out by Wash Multifamily Laundry Systems LLC. Whenever we get any complaints, we place a service call to them immediately. Feel free to stop by the office and Management will gladly answer any questions as well as discuss any concerns.
Hello. I would first like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a review. We love hearing from our residents both good review as well as negative reviews as they allow us to grow. To address your concerns, you are correct, for the past months we have been working diligently on installing a new entrance/exit off of 44th street as well as installing three new gates off of our main entrance. By doing so, this will hopefully help elevate some of the traffic congestion we experienced before. As far as parking, we recognize that parking is an issue and thus the Master Association has put into place the updated parking system. All guest will have to print the guest passes out before entering the property, another option would be guest emailing their pass to the resident they are visiting and they could print it out and give it to them once on the property, a third option is, if the office is open emailing the pass to us and we gladly print it for you. We understand change is hard and uncomfortable, we here at Fairways are always looking for ways to improve and we believe the new gate system will do just that.
