Hello. I would first like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a review. We love hearing from our residents both good review as well as negative reviews as they allow us to grow. To address your concerns, you are correct, for the past months we have been working diligently on installing a new entrance/exit off of 44th street as well as installing three new gates off of our main entrance. By doing so, this will hopefully help elevate some of the traffic congestion we experienced before. As far as parking, we recognize that parking is an issue and thus the Master Association has put into place the updated parking system. All guest will have to print the guest passes out before entering the property, another option would be guest emailing their pass to the resident they are visiting and they could print it out and give it to them once on the property, a third option is, if the office is open emailing the pass to us and we gladly print it for you. We understand change is hard and uncomfortable, we here at Fairways are always looking for ways to improve and we believe the new gate system will do just that.
