Oh my god, where do I start? If I wasnt so goddamn broke from renting out a ------ apartment, I would have been out a while ago. I'll go room by room- Our kitchen looked great at first- until we started using the appliances. Our oven? Guessing its from the 1970s.. The broiler has been broken for over a year, we have had 1 burner not work since we moved it and another burner that works when it wants to. We have asked for a new oven and they just keep coming to "fix" it. Oh, and you cant fully open the oven unless you open your fridge door. The cabinets hardly fit anything in them (the ones you can reach).. and the drawers are falling apart. Dishwasher sucks. The popcorn ceiling in the living room is so outdated- which we realized when we first moved in, but because of the location, we decided to deal with it. But it collects dust like you wouldn't believe. We had a mold issue for a while.. they replaced the vent where it was and informed us it was clean- I'm still not so sure. Bugs/Beetles/Centepied/Roach galore... The laundry room has upset me more than a laundry room ever should have in ones life. I have 1 day a week where I have time to do laundry and I would honestly say 80% of the time something goes wrong. The credit card machine is hardly ever working, so you need quarters, I had one washer wash all my clothes in a nest of bugs (which I didn't find out until after spending $1.50 on a wash) and nothing ever smells clean after coming out of there. I dont go to the pool because I have seen some nasty things happening there, BUT for those that enjoy it, its been closed more times than I've seen it open. Like I said, if I wasn't so broke, I would leave. This place makes me cry sometimes. I would steer everyone away from this complex. They truly do not care for their tenants. Not to mention, its almost $1000 (before water/sewer/trash) for a TINY 1 bed/1 bath. SO not worth it.
