Word the the wise: LOOK ELSEWHERE. We lived here for over 3 years, longer than any of our adjacent neighbors, the turnover was so high, and the office staff is so unprofessional, incompetent, unconcerned and outright thieving, that any draws of living here (relative quiet, safety and convenience) are completely overshadowed. Office management consistently provided false information, did not respond in a timely manner, said one thing and did the opposite, and was completely ignorant of their own practices and policies that dealing with them requires saintly patience and hours upon hours of unnecessary time and energy, and still having to settle for mediocrity at best. When we moved out due to moving to another state for a job, there was no consideration for the unexpected circumstances and we were charged two months rent (this is in the contract but please read on) which we were told in person and in writing we could pay over 3 months. We made the first payment and then the entire debt was sent to a collection agency, including the over $900 first payment!! Your well-being is worth more, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
