I moved into this brand-new apartment found the toilet overflowing. Seems the "plumber" left a 1/4-inch pipe fitting in the main sewer line. Twice the handyman had to fix the shower spigot because it's poorly made and you can spin it like a roulette wheel and you can't shut off the water. The tub didn't have a stopper and the sink stopper doesn't work. As for the parking, three parked cars were recently plowed into in the garage; residents park in handicapped spots when they don't have a permit, etc. Residents put their cigarette butts out in the hallways, and you're dodging people's trash bags. It's a typical South Florida rental. With so much turnover, most of the residents don't care.<br>And they want $240K for an FPL pole view and hearing barking dogs all night from the "gentrified" neighborhood filled with crack addicts. Glad I only have a short-term lease. But the people in the management office are REALLY nice...
