I'm renting from an owner here and have had a great experience. I don't need a lot from the management company so I've never had problems with them. The building is so close to Las Olas and the Himarshee area. The neighborhood is still "up and coming". So I wouldn't go wondering around the streets at night by myself but I never felt unsafe. The building has a good security team that is always going around the perimeter and thru the different floors in the garage. The neighbors are quiet and this has been a great experience.
