The building is stocked with amenities, quality fixtures, high tech everything and is truly feels like home. The staff is terrific and the apartments are top-notch. I would recommend living at the Laureat to any professional looking for a luxury space right off Las Olas!

The smart home, views, community, and location cant be beat. Adam from the leasing office was a huge help in fitting us in and answering every question; and the concierge, George, belongs at a 5 star in Portofino. I highly recommend it.

Great community, attentive staff, and beautiful amenities all walking distance to the best restaurants. Units are thoughtfully done, all tile throughout and no carpet! No carpet is so much more hygienic. The pool is gorgeous, Love it!

Moved here a few months ago and this is the best place to live on Las Olas. The building and amenities are amazing. The pool and the Gym are Fantastic. They have a great and friendly, accommodating Staff. Highly recommend.
