I live here in Modera but i am obliged to write a review. My car was unmobilized cause i got parked in the GUEST parking, now I have to pay a $67 dls. FEE to get it release. I see another 7 cars in just 3 floors in my building, it could be many more un-mobilized in the other buildings. Added to that there is an overwhelming emails of Rules that punish ALL of the residents. Few people cause the noise & bad behavior but instead of addressing to the right people they go and apply to All. Most of the residents are unhappy with the coffee machine Timing cause works from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when MOST of the residents are Working. Before it was a good point for social place to meet the neighbors in the community but there is no ears but add more rules to the community. The Staff is almost impossible to reach them by phone except is for new renters i would assume. Once is reach directly the Staff is very kind and the maintenance is doing well too. Who ever is taking all those new rules should be slowering down and if there is bad behavior people then they should go directly with them, not to all.
