We moved from St Louis, MO to Modera Port Royale 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice! Modera Port Royale is impeccably maintained, gorgeously landscaped, and boasts every amenity you can imagine. The free Starbucks coffee bar, tiki bar, game/activity room with flat screen TV’s and comfy furniture, business center with computers and teleconference capability, fitness center with free classes, onsite marina with slips for rent, small private sand beaches and rooftop observation decks with grills, lounging and entertaining spaces along with gorgeous pool with cabanas and perfect views of boats going by on the intracoastal all come together to make our living experience feel more like a vacation than real life! It’s also wonderful to have an attached parking garage so we never have to haul in groceries during inclement weather. We can’t say enough about our leasing consultant Katja Souverein, as she has made the whole experience of moving here from out of state much smoother and more positive than it ever could have have been without her. She is so kind, extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, and we appreciate her very much! We also love the security of the attended guard gate out front of the complex, as well as secure elevators that only allow those with a resident key to access resident floors. Last but not least, the pet-friendly atmosphere also helped make Modera Port Royale the perfect place for our little family. We would definitely recommend Modera Port Royale and it’s fantastic staff to anyone looking for a fun-filled, comfortable life, right on the intracoastal!
