I have has 3 maintenance requests since living here and each request has taken 5-8 weeks to be completed. I would call, email, and visit in person the office to check on the status of the request. Almost every time, I am told the request would be taken care of that day. It isnt and the process repeats itself for months.
This is unacceptable for a property management company.
