Maintenance is very mediocre, but otherwise it's very safe and clean. There's an issue with ants and eggs or little pellets that continue to show up in the shower, which continue to multiply and still isn't resolved and continues to be a problem every time we take a shower. Also the water has a yellow hue to it.
