Problems were found during my walk-through and prior to my move-in. Due to me selling my home, I paid all of the required monies two (2) weeks prior to me moving out of my home. The problems were still not fixed. I immediately contacted the leasing manager, maintenance department and put in other requests but it still has not been completed. However, I receive timely reminder emails about my RENT which has been paid on time since May 15, 2019!
