The property has its pros and cons. Pros: It's one of the only complex's in the area that includes two garage parking spots with a 2bed/2bath Unit. All entrances are now locked so you need a key fab or access the the new digital intercom system recently installed to enter the property. Rose is head of leasing and she is very nice and will go that extra mile to make sure your happy with the location of your unit. She was a huge help when applying for the right unit that worked for us. Certain appliances needed to be replaced. It took a while to have them installed, but they didn't give us a hard time with replacing them. The rugs are supposed to have been replaced a while ago. Hopefully that's done soon. It will do a lot for the appearance. Cons: There are a few things that need attending to. I know we live in humid hot weather which attracts bugs, and we are billed for pesticides every month. They need to focus on spraying more around the perimeter of the pool and hot tub. I get bit up a lot every time I'm out there. Also, the pool filter doesn't run 24/7 and if it's on a timer it goes off at around sunset. With a pool of that size, and the amount of people who use it, it should run a little longer or maybe it just needs a stronger filter. It also is supposed to be heated, but it's not as warm as it used to be when we first moved in. The security hours have been cut down so if there is any issues after the leasing office closes, there is no one there to assist. There is some issues with billing regarding the water and sewer which is taking months to get resolved. Overall, This property is more on the expensive side so , I got very lucky with my base rent and when comparing it to other properties in the area, it's not that bad.
