There's absolutely nothing positive to say about this rental place . Out dated appliances that won't give you hot water for more then 5 minutes. Late fees is $100 then $20 each day after that until they decide to try to evict you . NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ANY PARKING. You spend all this money to live there and have to park on the other side and pray you don't step on dog or duck poop . The ladies in office LACK communication and common sense will feed you every -------- in the book to get your money and then won't remember what they told you . I moved here thinking this was an awesome place but once my lease was over i left without hesitation and i will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. Not even to my worse enemy. I honestly regret living there for even a year wanted to break my lease the first month i moved in .
