The Exchange Lofts

If you can reach the property staff to rent a unit, I believe it would be a great place to live. My wife and I live internationally. We took a tour of the property while in Ft. Lauderdale and found it to be lovely. The agent showed us several apts and we narrowed it to 2. We had to return home the following day, but assured the agent we would pick one of the 2 apts. The next day we went online to rent and they were gone. We then narrowed it down to 2 other apts.available, both of which we hadn't seen on our tour. So we had a few questions about the layout, what size furniture would fit in a certain location etc. We also ask for a picture of the view from the balcony because some are VERY close to each other and offer no privacy. I think this was a fair request since we live thousands of miles away and can't jump over to see for ourself. We were ready to lease, we just needed a few simple questions answered. We called them a gazillion times, send emails and couldn't get a response. This went on for 10 days. We finally gave up and rented elsewhere. The sister property of The Lofts is a new high rise on Las Olas, "Amaray." Now, this facility offers service. Constant contact, follow up, and most importantly, they act like they want your business. The Exchange Lofts are a great place. The management and/or staff...not so much.
