This used to be a great place to live. Over the past year however the new management company has made it simply awful. This is not a comment on the staff who were and continue to be excellent.
Recently, a lengthy and aggravating restoration process has been ongoing. The noise and inconvenience has been beyond measure. My balcony was locked shut and my windows covered for THREE MONTHS. The compensation? A $100 Visa card.
The staff is great but unfortunately they have little discretion to implement or change the policies set forth by Greystar. My advice? Find a cheaper place and be thankful you did.
