The location is excellent, one of the few in Gainesville that can be considered "walkable", kinda. At least for general shopping / grocery / eating. One bus line serves here, with stops right in front, which is great. But, as much NW region, weekends are tough for bus depending folks. The interior / layout of the apartment is great. Living area is one of the best and bigger I have seen in gnv. We can have crossed ventilation now, that's almost impossible in every other apartment I've seen in town. We have three windows serving the kitchen/ dinning / living area, plus a big sliding door that leads to a screened balcony!!! Love the light and the ventilation. Keep in mind that I have an end unit, so we have an extra window. Outside and landscape are not great. There is a lot of threes, but the grounds are not that well kept.
