Getting Old...
Our 3 bed, 3 bath is no good for the most part. It is clearly an old building and we have had many things break since we moved in (upstairs plumbing, downstairs plumbing, front door, kitchen lighting, garbage disposal, both sliding glass doors). Once the toilet upstairs broke and leaked into the ceiling fan in the living room downstairs which acted as a sprinkler until we realized there was a problem. The ceiling bowed down and they fixed it by using paint to cover it up. These were minor inconviences compared to the weeks it took for them to replace the roof of our building which started at 7 am and consisted of about 15 guys banging hammers on the roof day after day during finals week! The price is rediculous for what you get. We only moved there because it is close to campus. The staff that works on the grounds is really annoying. They park their cars with loud bass outside at full volume while "fixing" the place. And one drive a loud motorcycle at full throttle through the community multiple times a day. We will not be staying in oxford manor for good reason.Share This Review
