Lets face it, for $679.00 for a 3/3, one can expect to encounter problems with an apartment. I suppose that the basis of whether or not to rent at Reflections is really based on the individual in mind. Take into account that Reflections is a more family-based apartment complex. With this in mind, I (along with two students) rented a 3/3. We weren't particularly loud, but I did request that we be put near students. Sure enough, we were placed on the second floor, atop a single mother with two small kids. To make matters worse, the woman had an anger problem and we were frequently woken up at 7:00 am from her screaming at them. One night we had friends over who got a little loud on the balcony, and she literally tried to kick in our door. Bottom line..if you're a student, don't live here. The courtesy officer is on a power trip, the grounds appear nice, but are actually infested with dog poop, sink holes..etc. If you plan on having a dog, keep in mind that both the "dog parks" have holes in the fences. If you're dog is too small, it's going to go under..too big..it's going over. Pick a breed that juuuuuuuust right.
