This place is a dump
These apartments are super-small. Although they are walking distance from the University, the location doesn´t make up for the disadvantages. The property is old, and I believe the building is poorly insulated. We´ve had problems with mold growing in the closets on outside walls and ruining belongings, despite our efforts to keep damp-rid in the closets. The air that comes out of the vents frequently smells foul or like someone else´s cooking. We are frequently greeted with odors when walking into the downstairs entrance (no air circulation). Maintence is prompt but seems to take the quick fix to solve problems. The tub in the bathroom above ours leaked and our entire bathroom ceiling had to be relplaced. The building is extremely energy-inefficient. There is NO counter space in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer facility is small. There are only 3 visitor parking spaces for the entire facility which are always full. Parking spaces themselves are very tight. No recycling.Share This Review
