We are sorry to hear about your experience at Banyan Bay. I looked through your service request history, and I did not see any requests for issues with your dryer. We would have been happy to take a look at it if you were having issues. We do have cameras in the common areas of the community, and residents are welcome to install their own cameras at their apartments if they wish. We have recommended several times to not leave valuables in your vehicles (which is a good rule of thumb anywhere you go) to avoid any would be criminals breaking into your vehicle.
Your apartment was scheduled for move out on a Sunday, we walked your apartment on Monday morning. As soon as I saw there were still boxes in your apartment, I went back to the office to call you to see what the status of your move out was. This is when the emergency maintenance technician informed me that you had called maintenance the night before and asked for more time. The office was unaware. Our porter had already gone to the apartment to start clearing it out to make it ready for the next tenant. As soon as I informed our maintenance team, your items were brought back to you. I also encouraged you to call the police if anything was missing, and you assured me everything had been returned.
In your signed lease agreement, you agreed to pay for any damages to your apartment during your time here. Your vinyl flooring was torn in the master bedroom, therefore it had to be repaired. if you would like to discuss any of the other damage charges on your account, please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
