        Dear former resident, Thank you for sharing your concerns; our goal is always to provide the best in luxury apartment living, and I’m obviously alarmed by some of the comments you have shared. While I was not the Area Manager over the community during your residency, I can assure you we take your safety concerns very seriously and report all concerns to JSO. While I was not involved with your final move out, I would be happy to review your final statement with you to see if there are any discrepancies we can revisit. We utilize a third party for our collections and they have a stringent process and timetable to attempt to collect any fees owed prior to any reporting to credit agencies. If you believe the process was not adhered to, I’m happy to set up a meeting with them as well so we can discuss. Please feel free to reach out to me if I can be of assistance in these areas. I did want to let you know that our rental criteria has been unchanged and we accept all qualified applicants.                             Cabana club has easily one of the best pools I've ever seen. Maintenance is responsive. At the time of signijg the contract, it was expensive but now appears more in line with standard, for better or worse. Not a lot of parking spaces though.

We will look into getting some additional parts for the cable machine. If you have any specific suggestions, please send them to mgr@cabanaclub.com. The dog park is a bit shaded by trees and the grass tends to not flourish in particular areas. We've reached out to our partnered landscaping vendor and hope to see some major improvements in this area very soon. Accidents do happen from time to time and we encourage our residents to let us know if there is an area within the community that requires some additional attention. We will do our best to clean it up as soon as possible while utilizing our DNA testing program to hopefully not experience the same issue moving forward.                                                 I have had problems with tenants living in the apartment above mine. I can hear everything from footsteps to toilets flushing. I believe that there is no insulation between floors to prevent the constant noise.
