Don't live here if low noise and good management is a priority for you. Had lots of noisy neighbors over the 5 years living here and you can hear everything the person above you does. Management acts like your best friend on the phone but then doesn't follow thru with promises. Had throw up in my hallway for over a week, had to call management no less than 3 times to get it cleaned. They raised my rent to $1,700 a month for a 1/1 700 sq foot apartment. Charged me $400 in surprise fees when I moved out. Stay very far away from this place and their vindictive management (Kelly Campbell and Kelsi Nooney)
